Ashley started dancing at the age of five and was mainly trained in ballet, contemporary, and modern. She knew she wanted to keep dancing in college, and she subsequently joined eXpressions in the fall of her freshman year. Since then, she has choreographed a number of pieces for the company and credits her artistic development to the influence of her fellow members. On campus, she’s also president of Triple 8 Dance Company and is involved in several heath-related organizations and service groups as well as scoliosis research. eXpressions has definitely been one of the highlights of her Princeton experience, and she’ll miss the company dearly when she graduates.
